Inside Out Church began as a church plant in Dayton, Tennessee in 2020. After two years, God blessed us to start a second campus in Santa Maria, California. We like to say,
"We are one church in multiple locations, but we are not a mega-church."

We exist so that those far from Jesus may come to know Him! We strive to be a place where people truly feel like they belong and are known, enabling them to be rescued and restored by the Gospel. We believe that each person is created and saved by God for a work that He continues to prepare them for; therefore, we want to help people reach their full potential by finding Jesus and discovering their God-given purpose. And when they do, we celebrate their release into the work God has created them for.

We know that we cannot change people. The transformation of the human heart is exclusively the work of God’s Spirit. Only when the Spirit draws a person to Jesus does the miracle of surrendering their life to following Jesus become a choice. We believe that God has called us to love the people everywhere He sends us. Further, we trust that if we love them well—through the power of God—people will be changed from the Inside Out. With a passion for those who have never heard about Jesus, as well as those hurt and alienated by their religious experience, we believe God has called us as instruments of His restoration.
